Who operates the site
LakeAtlas is owned and directed by Zurab Koniashvili. It currently provides static lake articles, maps, search and comparisons. This page describes the implementation checked for this edition; it is not a certification of legal compliance.
Hosting and access
The site is delivered through OpenAI Sites on managed hosting that uses Cloudflare infrastructure. This edition is configured for public access without a LakeAtlas reader account. Delivery and security services may process request and device information such as IP addresses, browser details, requested URLs and access times, and may use cookies for their functions.
LakeAtlas does not control all provider logging or retention settings, and we have not verified a complete provider cookie inventory or retention period. See the applicable OpenAI privacy policy, OpenAI cookie notice and Cloudflare privacy policy for their descriptions. Absence of an advertising script does not mean that hosting processes no data.
Search, comparisons and browser storage
Filtering and comparisons run in your browser over the small, bundled collection. The page scripts do not send these interactions to a LakeAtlas analytics service or store them in local storage, session storage or application cookies. Searches and selections can appear in the page URL; opening or sharing that URL can expose those terms to browser history, recipients and hosting request logs. Do not put sensitive information in a search.
Images, maps and external links
Photographs, map files, styles and scripts are served with the site, and text uses system fonts. The current pages do not embed third-party map viewers, video players or externally hosted fonts. Source, booking and transport links open other websites, whose own privacy practices apply. Following a link can share ordinary request/referrer information according to your browser’s policy.
Contact and correction information
The email link opens your own email app. Only when you send does your email provider transmit the message to LakeAtlas. The operator receives the address you send from, the message and any attachments, and uses them to answer the request, assess corrections or investigate rights concerns. Reports are not automatically published.
The receiving email provider has not yet been recorded in this disclosure. A message-retention period has not yet been specified by the operator.
Use Contact for the current channel and correction instructions. Do not include sensitive information that is unnecessary for your request.
Analytics and advertising
No LakeAtlas analytics, advertising network, AdSense code or advertising consent platform is currently installed in the page code. Provider service logging is separate. Future advertising is a plan, not an active service.
Before ads or additional analytics are enabled, the site must disclose the actual vendors, data uses, storage and available controls, and implement the consent handling required for the chosen services and audience. See Google’s publisher privacy requirements and consent-management requirements.
